“Great place and amazing location.”

“Shower not clean. Toilet sits next to wall with inadequate space for comfortable use. No chairs in room. Comb and paper from panty liber in draw of dresser. Fire pit propane wasn't working. Took over an hour to get tank switched out. Restaurant..waitress was only 1 available to wait tables and handle a wedding party.”

“THE HOTEL DID A BAIT AND SWITCH. THE ROOM ON THE EXPEDIA SITE LOOKED CLEAN AND ROOMY. THE REAL ROOM WAS DIRTY, DARK, SMALL, AND SMELLY. I COULD NOT STAY THERE. WENT ELSEWHERE AND FOUND A CLEAN, AIRY, LARGER ROOM FOR LESS PLUS A NICE BREAKFAST. EXPEDIA AND FALLS MOTEL WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT AND WENT ELSEWHERE. DO NOT USE EXPEDIA!!! DO NO GO TO FALLS MOTEL!!!”

“Non posso dare un giudizio positivo per questa struttura. Sono riuscita a fare il check in automatico solo perchè sono arrivata presso la struttura prima delle ore 16.00 e ho trovato una dipendente che mi ha dato i dati per l'ingresso. Mi è sembrato di capire che fosse necessario avere un telefono con numero americano per poter ricevere il messaggio per accedere. Questo non era specificato al momento della prenotazione. Quando finalmente riesco ad entrare nella camera mi accorgo che è presente...

“La struttura è un motel anche se non si capisce dalla descrizione, le camere non sono nuove come in foto ma vecchie e puzzano di muffa. Bagno fatiscente ”

“La struttura nel complesso è carina ma secondo me non vale i soldi spesi. Colazione praticamente inesistente (nonostante l'ìnsegna reciti "Continental Breakfast")solo caffè e merendine confezionate. Spazio all'esterno molto carino e Watkins Glen raggiungibile in 3 minuti di auto.Buona la piscina con anche asciugamani a disposizione. Basterebbe migliorare la colazione per dare un valore aggiunto.”

The selection could have been better, but it was sufficient for a quick breakfast. Overall, it was a fine. The cleanliness and updated condition of the hotel were the highlights.”

“Was told there was swimming holes within walking distance, creek was pretty dry, no waterfalls either. Camp ground was nice but don’t believe it was worth 300 dollars a night”
